The location was great, but the gym was very neglected.

The location was very good because I was going to a concert at the plaza right across the street, so I literally only had to cross the street; however, they did not hand over the room on time and in the proper manner (they gave it to me almost 2 hours after 3 pm, which is the check‑in time) and when they finally gave it, there were no towels; they only brought them at 7 pm, but I had to shower at 5 pm to get ready in time for the event I was attending.
