How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location next to one of the world’s best restaurants is great, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast selection is limited, the quality is rather standard, there are too few service staff, and the furnishings are not entirely up‑to‑date.

The staff are very nice, the food, the service, the view; every moment in this hotel felt like being of royal descent.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the room was beautifully decorated and very cozy, and the quiet area made for a perfect night’s rest; the gardens and nearby vineyards are great for a relaxed stroll, and the location near the Mosel offers easy access to everything the region has to offer. I would definitely return and stay a bit longer next time to make use of the wellness and pool facilities.

The proximity to Christian Bau’s restaurant is great. The hotel itself feels very old and does not meet modern standards.
