“Overall yes I would use them again!”
I liked how close the pool was and that the rooms were clean; the A/C worked very well. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit too firm for me.
“Horrible service crappy rooms”
The extra deposit required upon arrival, the facility not matching the advertised photos, and the old, worn‑out condition were disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, and when we asked for more towels we were told we’d have to fetch them ourselves, so we should have brought our own. Shower water leaked into the bedroom, the bathroom sink spray hit the vanity floor, and the bathroom was so crowded we could almost use the toilet and shower simultaneously. There were no coffee cups, creamer, or sugar in the room. The beds were hard, and we could hear springs in the cheap mattresses as we lay down. It wasn’t a good night, and I didn’t get a good sleep. I won’t stay again and am debating whether this is what we’ll have to settle for. I know we’re on a budget, but these issues are below standard.
The TV didn’t work and there were a lot of flies, no ice, and stray dogs roaming around the hotel; the service was bad, I couldn’t watch TV, the Wi‑Fi was missing, and there were still many flies and no ice.
“Partial refund offered when the reason we did not stay is from facility not being clean.”
I never actually stayed at the hotel. When we arrived, we checked in but both rooms were infested with roaches and large crickets. We chose to leave because of the pests, and Harsha, the desk attendant, helped us. We were then denied a full refund as if we had done something wrong and had cancelled our stay. Days Inn cancelled with roach/cricket‑infested facilities.
“Served its purpose, won't book again.”
The place is easy to reach from the main highway, but my wife accidentally left her vape on the mattress while rummaging through her purse for medication; when we returned, the staff insisted it wasn’t there.
