It was our first family trip to a hot spring, and the staff were incredibly kind. The food and rooms were clean, creating a wonderful memory. Thank you very much. No complaints.

The staff greeted us politely and handled everything carefully, which was great. However, the futon in the closet was dirty; after cleaning the tatami, a lot of hair came out, making it feel unclean.

We stayed in a wide, relaxed Japanese-style room and could enjoy the view of the bridge and foot bath from the window, which looked beautiful. Because it was just the two of us, we only had two tea cups, and there was no cup or other item to cool the water, so we had to pour hot tea into the already hot water, which was disappointing and made the flavor too strong 😢

We could relax in a quiet setting, which is good for those who dislike crowds, so staying here was a nice change. The surrounding area felt lonely because many nearby hotels had closed, and the riverside side of this hotel hadn’t been renovated, which was a bit disappointing.

The meals were tasty and visually appealing, and the staff were friendly. The main bath had some cleanliness issues, but there were many different baths that the kids enjoyed. The amenities like tabi and packs were plentiful, which was nice. Adjusting the room’s air‑conditioning balance was difficult, and the lighting around the door was too dim; brighter lights would help. In the lounge, some free drinks ran out (empty), so replenishing them promptly would be better.
