How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I had a wonderful stay at this B&B near the Vatican. I really enjoyed everything and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The breakfast was typical Italian: croissants, two kinds of jam, Nutella, cookies, and flakes that had no milk. There were three tiny milk packets, more for coffee than for the flakes. The room was in the basement, windowless. When I booked, it wasn’t clear to me that I’d be getting a basement/ground‑floor room with no window. The humidity in the room was high and there was a damp smell. I chose this place based on reviews from people who had stayed there, and I don’t understand why those reviews were so positive.

The property is clean and welcoming; it’s not close to the city centre, but the bus stop is very near.
