The room was gorgeous, fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s practically next to Menin Gate and the town centre, so all the sights are within walking distance. The staff welcomed us warmly and gave us useful information. Breakfast arrived in a hamper outside our door each morning, and it was excellent—varied, plentiful, and tasty. The only downside is that the accommodation is on the upper floor with no lift, so people with mobility issues should be aware.

The automation of facilities and services was over‑the‑top, and the in‑room breakfast concept, while a bit less personal, turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience. Everything else was in perfect order throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a traditional B&B vibe, it might feel a little impersonal, but the thorough planning and functionality more than make up for it.

The place is simply stunning and perfectly situated. I strongly recommend staying here. The breakfast is superb, delivered in a basket right in front of your door. The city is magnificent and steeped in history, revealed as you wander its streets. Thank you for showing me this accommodation and the city; we will definitely return.

Before arrival, you need to email a copy of your ID and call 30 minutes ahead to confirm someone will be on site. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and spotless. Breakfast is served each morning in a basket left at your door—original and very generous. The proximity to Menin Gate and Groote Markt (just a 2‑minute walk) is a major plus. Occasionally, in the evenings, there’s a bit of street noise. Overall, a very good place.
