The place is right in the center and close to the beach, but when we checked out there was no staff present, so we had to leave the key on the counter because we were in a hurry at 9 am.

“Great Hotel in Jomtien”

The rooms were clean, large, and spacious, the location was great for the beach, Wi‑Fi was excellent, and the staff were friendly.

The room was dirty, and nobody responded to any of my messages on WhatsApp or Line. The bathroom was uncomfortable and the drainage was clogged. I asked for daily cleaning but it never happened. There was no security, and the doors were supposed to be locked after 8 pm but stayed open; the lobby was empty and the doors lacked proper locks. I had a terrible stay and would not recommend this place, except for its location.
