How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The breathtaking views and beautiful hikes nearby made up for the outdated room we stayed in, which had a lingering smell that wasn't exactly pleasant. The lodge and food were delicious, but it was a shame the room didn't quite live up to the rest of the experience.

The lake and surrounding location are truly stunning, with a neat lodge and cute cabins that make for a lovely atmosphere. However, our room was in one of the less charming buildings, and the lodge itself wasn't always well-maintained - we saw a rat scurrying around the lobby one evening, and the bathroom floor was dirty for a few days. The staff seemed a bit checked out, too, which was understandable given it was the end of the season.

The location and facility of this place are absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - you can tell they love their jobs. However, the bathrooms need a serious update, and the bed sheets were stained with blood, which was pretty gross.

The location and ambience of this place are top-notch, but that's about where it ends. Unfortunately, there's not much to say about the actual experience, as it was pretty lacking in terms of amenities and service.

The room was spacious and had plenty of shelving, which was a nice touch. However, the bed was tiny, which made for a pretty uncomfortable stay.
