There was no coffee machine, no iron, no board, no ice—basic things the hostess was supposed to provide, which made the stay very disappointing. The staff were excellent, but the host couldn’t supply the essentials due to the owner’s facilities.

The location was fine, but when we booked the kitchen in the room, there were no utensils, glasses, plates, coffee maker, pots, pans, or any kitchen items. We asked for them and were told we’d have to rent or buy them, and that most guests bring their own. We were never warned about this, so we wouldn’t have booked otherwise. After staying at many hotels worldwide with kitchenettes, this was the worst experience. We had to move to another hotel the next day; the staff were friendly but couldn’t fix the issue beyond letting us cancel early.

The spot was good, but the hotel had no keys, so the first night they had to let us into the room. It was the first hotel in a long time that didn’t serve coffee in the morning.

The front‑desk lady over‑charged my card twice and had a nasty attitude. The charge on September 4th was 170.22, repeated on September 5th, and then my card was charged 85.11 for an extra night. She said I hadn’t paid and demanded I pay again or leave, so I left because I wouldn’t pay twice for a night already paid. From the first night I was there, my card had been over‑charged twice for the two‑night stay on September 4th and 5th; my checkout was for the 6th, but I paid again to check out on the 7th. The lady said I hadn’t paid, I asked her to call the young lady who took my payment, she said she wasn’t calling anyone, and when I asked for the general manager she said no.
