Location, front desk staff, room cleanliness, price, security at the parking entrance. The door of room 152 didn’t close properly, it needs maintenance. The pool didn’t look very pleasant. Breakfast, at least a continental one, should be included as a courtesy.

The breakfast was good and plentiful, staff were attentive and helpful, and parking was included. The room was in bad shape, mattresses were extremely firm, the toilet didn’t work, sheets had hair, towels smelled bad, the TV was tiny, lighting was poor, and the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

The spot was decent, but the rooms felt ancient; the AC was old and noisy, beds were hard, sheets rough, and wall plugs were hard to reach from the bedside. Everything else was just outdated. I won’t come back.
