“Everything was nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond but the beds are the worst beds ever.”
The location is great and everything was clean, but the beds were awful—felt like springs were in your back.

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very nice. The next morning we were excited for lobby breakfast, but early‑morning maintenance on the main elevator made a lot of noise and we could barely hear each other while chatting with friends who had flown in from the U.K. Another let‑down was that the pool was closed for repairs; we’d traveled far and were hoping to unwind at the pool, which was part of why we chose the Hilton Garden.

I didn't find much to like, but the bed and pillows were bad, and toenails were on the floor I had to sleep on instead of the bed; there was no coffee in the room.

The staff were amazing, but my room was a bit dirty; the computer chair was sticky and had glitter on it.

The hotel sits in a great spot, away from the hustle and bustle, and the breakfast was fresh; the staff were awesome. The only downside was the huge AC unit in the room, which was a bit noisy.
