The accommodation was clean and thoughtfully decorated but not functional. The room and bathroom on the floor were not mentioned in the listing. The stairs were steep and somewhat dangerous. The kitchen was well equipped but far too small for a shared space, leaving no storage options. Apart from the outdoor armchair area, there was no place to relax.

The welcome was very good, the room spacious with excellent bedding and impeccable condition, the place was very quiet, we had a great night, the small kitchen was very functional, the garden was secure for pets, the private parking was a plus, and the location was ideal for a stop on the way to Brittany; I recommend it.

The room was spacious, the equipment was good, and communication with the owner was clear, but there was an unpleasant odor on the ground floor.

The care, cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen, communication with the host, fenced private garden for dogs, and pet‑friendly policy without extra fee (not discounted in France) were all excellent; nothing to report.

The host was very kind and helpful, gave clear instructions and kept communication open, there was a private car space and a garden, the shared kitchen was small but well equipped, the room was a good size with everything needed and the shower was excellent; I would definitely return. The toilet door squeaked a bit, but otherwise everything was great.
