The place was fine, but the communication left something to be desired. I only got the code for the side door in an email, which was a bit confusing. Also, a heads‑up about the stairs would have been helpful.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, and I appreciated the fan. Phone support was quick and helpful. On the downside, there was no window to open in the kitchen and, most importantly, no emergency exit on the third floor – a serious safety issue. The windows had no curtains, so neighbors could see in. It was a hot day and the room stayed around 28 °C because nothing could be let in. Also, the vegan restaurant was closed, which I didn’t know beforehand.

The apartment was bright and the underground parking was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and clean.
