The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and safe.
The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality, but unfortunately, that's where it ended.
The staff were excellent, and the welcome drink on arrival was a lovely gesture.
The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great variety of options.

“Estancia inolvidable en Murcia”
It was a birthday gift and they ended up delighted. They liked everything overall. The location was right in the center. The service was flawless and the breakfast was very tasty and varied. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
The staff were very pleasant. In the shower there was a strong sewage smell, which I reported. My room was 130. There were also issues with the air conditioning.
Cleanliness, comfort, services, and location. Nothing.
Breakfast was very varied and everything was good. It was a bit cold in the breakfast restaurant and the room was a little small.
