The hotel and room were clean and the staff were friendly, but bottled water in the rooms costs $2.00 for everyone except Hilton Honors members, which feels unfair since it should be free for all guests. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast; every guest has to pay for each meal, which should also be free for everyone.

I appreciated more details on how breakfast works, but the TV remote was missing, so we had no TV that night. We only found the remote the next morning under a chair, which housekeeping should have spotted, and the light behind the chair had a burnt-out bulb, making it impossible to read.
