“Muy bien pero...”

The place is clean and has a mirror. I’d have liked a piece of furniture to store stuff, but otherwise it’s fine. The location is hidden and hard to find because there are several family hotels nearby that don’t stand out. It’s perfect for a one‑night stay, but if you plan to stay longer you might want to look elsewhere since it lacks a piece of furniture to organize your belongings.

I was shocked when I entered the room—no chairs, no TV, no blinds, no closet to put my clothes, so I had to put everything on the floor. There was no extra blanket, and it was cold in the early morning, making me feel unsafe. The only thing that was good was the comfortable mattress and pillows. I wouldn’t recommend it; they didn’t give me a receipt and I won’t stay again. The room is already expensive at 300 pesos, and the receptionist was very kind, but they should warn guests that it might be under construction so people know whether to book.

“El lugar no está apto para usarse y no cumple con las condiciones que nos ofrecieron.”

The location was what I liked the most. I didn’t like that my reservation was cancelled and I was sent to another place that wasn’t suitable for staying, plus there were cockroaches in the room and it smelled damp.
