Top location. You can reach Brocken quickly: 11 km, 870 m. A nice terrace. The bathroom urgently needs a new shower divider. Where’s the hairdryer? The room should have a bottle of water.

The spot is lovely, the breakfast is especially good, and the staff are very friendly. The room lacks a table and seating, which is a real issue when the weather turns bad.

The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the digital check‑in process was smoothly organized and very customer‑focused. The décor, however, shows its age; it’s not a serious issue but could use some updating.

Breakfast was great, and the terrace is a nice place to eat. The surroundings are pleasant. The room itself wasn’t inviting and there was little staff presence.
