Good breakfast, good beds, bike rental was easy. The luxury room was more basic than luxurious.

The breakfast was truly great, lovingly prepared! The accommodation was simple but completely fine for the night. Mosquito nets and outlets with a mosquito trap were available. The house owner and his son were extra helpful. They also arranged bikes for the children.

A normal small hotel with a comfortable bed, working climate control, breakfast was quite okay. In the hallway there’s a little terrace where you can sit. The friendly and helpful owner speaks good English. For us the biggest plus was that he also organized bikes with a child seat for us and bikes for the boy. Good location, you can ride a bike to the holidays and… It’s a basic, but sufficient hotel for 1–2 days.

Only deluxe room has hot water. don't be fooled. Upon leaving they tried to over charge me 650 lkr because I booked a 3 person room (their biggest room) for only 1 person 🥴 and I arrived with my partner, it was my small error not to change to 2 people but that doesn't change the price of the room yet this guy was trying to tell me it does, some other guy had to step in and calm him down 😬 also I had to ask for bed sheet, they do not provide naturally. They don't provide bottled water, drinking glasses or Kettle either. crazy for 5000 lkr per night. Gates close at 10pm?? So if you're thinking to go outside for a late night snack or any needs- not possible. 🚫 Also when I arrived he tried to make a big deal out of me being there with my sri lankan partner, as if he was desperate for some white solo female tourist to come alone. He nearly didn't give us the room, some other guy had to step in and calm him down. He was super nice before I arrived with my sri lankan boyfriend btw. Weird experience dude. His energy was so off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 👎 I have seen other reviews they try to give surprise charges to other tourists too. Only deluxe room has hot water. don't be fooled. The owner was lovely. He picked me up and dropped me off to/from the bus. He also accommodated my dietary requests. Road noise, dim lighting.
