Hospitality, the staff were very helpful with our requests. Pillows were not very comfortable for my taste and the bathroom was small with some finishings that could be improved.

The staff, especially Jouseff, were fantastic and super helpful. We also loved the breakfast; every morning it was freshly made with plenty of food and drinks. Overall, everything was pretty good for what we paid. The hammam wasn’t the best of our lives but it was still okay and a fun experience.

The location was excellent, the cleanliness outstanding, and the interior beautifully designed. We were a group that had booked all the rooms in this riad, but two rooms had broken air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable to stay in Marrakech at this time of year. The owner was very unfriendly and did nothing to fix the AC during our three‑day stay, which was especially disappointing given the high temperatures and significantly impacted our comfort.

The staff were kind. The rooms were tiny and the riad felt a bit stuffy; the Medina area isn’t the best. The shower needs fixing – it’s a real pain in the two‑person room.

The riad was very nice and sits in a quieter part of the old town. What really stood out was the extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Youssef, who always helped us. Thanks for that.
