The location was good and clean, but the kitchen had an oven that we weren't allowed to use. The room fridge didn't work, and we couldn't keep the window open because it clearly wouldn't stay open. Most importantly, the air conditioning was broken—outside was much cooler than inside. We mentioned it several times and nothing was fixed; they only suggested setting it to 20, which didn't help at all. Luckily it was still cool enough that we didn't feel hot.
Very clean, comfortable bed, daily towel change, and the room was tidy. We had cold showers for the first three days.
It’s beautiful, very clean, and the staff are very kind. The communication with guests via the Booking platform needs a lot of improvement.

Finding the accommodation was a bit tricky because it's in a private house with poor signage. The apartment and room were well equipped and very clean. Cleaning lady Carmela was super nice and friendly, and without her nothing would have worked. The host was unreliable, only responded late and sporadically via WhatsApp. Without Carmela nothing would have worked, and she tried to overcharge us. We booked with breakfast, but late at night we learned the breakfast couldn't be held at a nearby restaurant. We had to ask ten times about a refund for breakfast and she threatened to report us to Booking. Only then did she refund us a laughable ten euros for two people for breakfast.
“Volvería! Hermoso lugar”
It’s pretty and super close to the center. It has a beautiful aesthetic! I would change the bed for a softer, quieter one.
