Me cancelaron mi reserva mientras iba camino a hacer check in, tuve que buscar alojamiento a última hora a pesar de que ya se había pagado con lo que eso implica, es decir, más caro y menos opciones. Aunque se me reembolsó lo del alojamiento (el tax que se pagó a parte todavía no lo recibo), la cancelación (porque la habitación se inundó) y la falta de solución por parte del alojamiento hizo que tuviera que pagar considerablemente más a pesar de que tenía alojamiento con meses de antelación

We really liked it; the accommodation was clean and cozy. The owners were helpful and responded very quickly. The location is also great, close to the metro and bus stations.
