“Nice room, friendly staff, but too much happening in dining/lobby area. Felt chaotic.”

The room was very nice. The lobby next to the “restaurant” was noisy and crowded all the time. The food was okay but I expected a real separate restaurant. We missed the shuttle because no one announced it was there. We were told to sit and wait and then suddenly it was gone.
