“Cucharachas en la habitación, pagas 4 estrellas a modo de pensión”

The whole place is overpriced; there were cockroaches in the room, the pictures look great but what you actually get is mediocre, everything feels like a dull 4‑star hotel, the rooms are awful, the food is bad, yet you’re paying as if it were top quality. I don’t understand how this hotel gets a rating, and no non‑English speaker seems to leave happy.
