The cleanliness was inadequate and the breakfast didn’t match the price or the room quality.

The location was good and it was clean. We were moved to another property without prior notice, causing general confusion during check‑in. The room was scandalously small—originally a double but with two extra beds added. There was no comfort at all. Breakfast was just coffee, tea, crackers, jam… no cold cuts, cheese, or fresh bread. Water was unavailable in the evenings, and there was no way to take a shower.

The B&B sits in a great spot surrounded by shops, a pharmacy, and a bar. The owner was very helpful and friendly, responding quickly when we arrived. The room had everything needed for a basic breakfast, we swapped towels the next day, and the air conditioner was placed perfectly even for those who don’t like it. The environment was very quiet. The only flaw was that the blackout curtains didn’t slide smoothly and some sheets were quite old and should be replaced. Overall we had a good stay.

There was no welcome at all, it was confusing and poorly managed. They didn’t have our reservation and forced us into a random room outside the main building, in a place they use as a backup with no comfort. The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable, the hair dryer didn’t work, there was no bidet, and no shower towel. General cleanliness was poor. We weren’t given Wi‑Fi codes or the gate codes, and when we returned late from dinner we found the gate closed. A complete disaster. Terrible experience.
