Nice bed, close to the park. Breakfast isn’t included (but you can pay for it), the air‑con is weak, and the kitchen shown in the photos isn’t for guests to use.

“It was a bad experience awful management greedy with money there's no heart for people they look at you as number”

The manager is truly awful, all about money and no heart for families. It started with parking: when we pulled in they told us to park farther away even though it was raining and we had children in the car. The room is cute and cozy, but the amenities are lacking. The water is either too hot or too cold, you can’t get it in the middle. We’re two adults with three kids, ages 3, 4, and 9, and they asked us to pay an extra 500 for the 9‑year‑old, no questions asked. I agreed, and later they asked for another 500 because there are five of us in the room. We checked in at 4 pm and left by 8 am—a very short trip, just a stopover for the drive. When you book, double‑check the water and parking.

“Comfortable place and can see the volcano in the rooftop which is very nice in the early morning.”

Very clean. The place is close to SM and you can hop on a tricycle outside the property. The staff are so accommodating—they’re ace, especially Maria, Bea, and Eron. They’re an asset. I met Sister Ameline, one of the owner’s siblings. We received a wonderful gift from her with blessings for our travel. With great pleasure, we met her; she’s an angel in disguise. I’d love to come back. We love the place so much. We arrived at 1 am because of our delayed travel from Manila and our room was occupied by someone else. Maria and Bea sorted it out right away, which was five‑star service from them both.

“Worth every penny”

The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast is amazing!
