“The state was great and extremely comfortable. The rooms are way nicer”
It’s great, thank you, and next time I’d like a room on the bottom floor for availability.

There was no breakfast, nothing worked, it was hot and stuffy, no TV, no heat or AC, and the stairwells were crummy and hard for disabled people; parking was difficult and seemed dominated by some gang types hanging around, and the neighborhood was loud—though that’s not their fault, the AC was broken so I had to expose myself to the noise; the bathroom floor was slimy, I worried about my car being broken into, and overall it was a bad place with owners encouraging it.

The room was spotless, the bed was acceptable, and it was right next to Moda Center—public transport would have been a breeze. Check‑in was the easiest I've experienced, and it was super friendly. No complaints about the basic but clean hotel.

The place sits in a great spot and offers a decent hotel for the price. Nothing else to add.

I had no positives to mention. For three days my TV didn’t work, and the staff walked into my room without asking or any reason.
