The onsen with a forest view was amazing, and the place felt very peaceful in the heart of the mountains. The hotel, however, is very noisy with no isolation, and the futons are super hard.
“Good place for a comfortable night and good food”
The location is very quiet, the food is excellent, and the onsen is a big plus for trekkers. The owner is very helpful with your requests. There isn’t much to do or see in this area, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.
A peaceful spot, very functional. The small tatami room lets you easily hear the hallway noise. Only a Japanese‑style breakfast is offered, which limits options for kids and teens.
You can soak in the bath early in the morning or late at night and relax quietly. Some staff explanations were lacking.
“お得旅”
The facilities are old, but the cleaning is thorough and it was pleasant to use.
