The hotel itself is stunning—clean, comfortable rooms, a spacious bathroom, and a very friendly staff, plus a big plus for accepting pets. However, the breakfast was a huge disappointment; I had to remind staff to restock, arriving before 8 am I found only two cheese slices and a few cold cuts, with no one offering to refill. At over 200 zł per person for a room with breakfast, the service felt very unprofessional.
