The room was comfortable, yet the sound insulation was lacking.

The hotel was superb; there was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was fine and the location near the medina was great, but the air conditioning was weak so I had to keep the windows open, which made the night very noisy; the pillows were too firm and uncomfortable. The restaurant and bar were closed without any notice at check‑in, and even on Eid they seemed shut for more than a day.

The reception was friendly and the staff were courteous and helpful, but the sink was in a separate room about 6–7 meters from the bathroom.
