The only thing good was the cottage’s location. The experience was bad: we booked four rooms and paid in advance two months earlier, but when we arrived the staff told us only three rooms were available and they assigned one room in another nearby cottage. After talking to higher staff, we learned our four rooms had been given to other people. This unexpected, unethical behavior by the hotel was very disappointing, and the staff were not pleasant.

Nothing. - it’s not like how it’s shown on the booking app - bed sheets and pillow covers were stained and when asked to change, they said it’s washed once in 3 days - no signal or WiFi - property has listed inclusions which are no where in sight! - bathroom window glass was broken, a plastic mat on the floor in the name of flooring , no toiletries

They cancelled my booking without any notice. When I contacted them just a few hours before arrival, they said my booking was cancelled—an awful last‑minute cancellation. I was told at least a week’s notice would have been given so I could find another hotel.

The alpine cottage was hands-down the best part of my Ladakh adventure. I mean, waking up to a breathtaking view of Pangong Lake from the comfort of my own bed was pretty much the ultimate experience. The wooden cottage itself was spotless, and the direct view from the window was just incredible. Watching the sunrise from that vantage point was pure magic.
