HOUSE DOLCEVITA 30 min per Venezia

“Buon rapporto qualità prezzo”

The price was low, the building sits in a quiet residential area, there’s a shared kitchen/bar available, the room was well equipped with a large bathroom, ample wardrobes, plenty of storage space, and air conditioning.

The apartments were normally cool and clean, but it was very hot at night this summer because the AC didn’t work as I expected.

The owners are friendly, but the furnishings look like the 1960s; the management is sloppy: towels were mismatched and colored, the sheets were the same, I expected white clean ones; the bathroom mat was full of hair, and overall the room had a terrible smell from poor ventilation and three dogs living in the house. We accidentally put a coat in the wardrobe and when we pulled it out it smelled awful! We’d expect a clean, fragrant room, but the odor was so strong we only stayed long enough to sleep. The cleaning was obvious from the mirrors, covered in smudges that barely reflected anything.

“Piacevole soggiorno.”

The place was clean and welcoming in a quiet area, and the owners were very helpful and kind.

Everything was super clean; the host was welcoming and very available. The exclusive guest kitchen in the tavern was convenient and fully equipped. It’s very close to the ring road, giving quick access to major spots. We were there for a concert that was originally at the Kione (just around the corner) but moved to the Gran Teatro Geox, which didn’t matter because we got there in a maximum of 12 minutes. A highlight: the beautiful parrot in the common room greets you in the morning 🥰 We’d definitely choose it again if we return to Padua!
