Breakfast was missing; the location and setting are excellent, but they should offer tours and an ice machine—ice is far away to buy.

It’s clean, well maintained, and close to Concepción beach and Playa Escondida, but the property sits on a road and traffic noise is loud in the room.

I didn’t eat there, just brewed coffee; the overall surroundings of the hotel needed more cleaning—chairs, tables, etc.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, it's right in the heart of the action. The larger rooms are a real treat, with plenty of space to spread out. The nearby restaurant is a must-visit, and the owner/manager is super friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that the noise from the highway can be a bit of a problem, especially when the trucks are breaking. And be aware that the smaller rooms don't have a bathroom door, which might be a bit of a shock for some people.
