Nice location, the Caldecott Hall Country Park seemed lovely. The property was filthy. When we entered, there was a blood soaked tissue on the floor. The beds were dirty, covered in hair, grit, and bits of plastic. Cutlery was filthy, counters were dirty. Ants everywhere. No hot water at all. We got flea bites from the sofa. The fridge smelled awful and the smell of it tainted our food! The oven door was hanging off, which being a gas oven was very dangerous. We stayed for less than 24 hours as I could not have my little girls staying there. We only stayed for 1 night out of necessary as my young girls needed to eat and sleep. On the advice of the owner and the promise of a refund, we checked out, only for the owner to stop replying and to not issue a refund at all. Please do not stay here! The park looked lovely, but if you'd like to stay, avoid this particular caravan!
