The location is great. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Street noise. You can hear the tram passing at night. Breakfast starts very late.

The spot is in a great area, breakfast was solid, and the staff gave useful tips for getting to the park and picking a good dinner spot. Nothing else went wrong – it was flawless.

The hotel sits in a superb location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. The room felt a bit warm and the AC was off; I told the staff and they promised to fix it, but the room stayed very hot.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and the location in the old town is great. I’d only recommend this place for its rooms and location. Breakfast ran from 8‑10 but wasn’t restocked; we ate at 8:30 and there was little left and the food wasn’t replenished. I had booked airport transfers through the hotel beforehand. I was told the return transfer cost 46 euros, but when I paid at the reception the staff said it was actually 60 euros and had to be paid in cash. I questioned this and was told it had risen because of oil prices. I’d sent a message to the hotel shortly before arrival and they didn’t mention the price hike. That felt dishonest and ruined my stay; I could have booked a transfer through a local tour operator for a better rate.
