The only positive thing was the free parking. The worst stay ever; I will never book here again. The facility has no private bathroom—it’s shared with the whole house. The kitchen was filthy, the room was only acceptably clean, and the bathroom was almost acceptable. On Sunday morning at 5:45 AM the staff (or someone from the landlord, I’m not sure) started sweeping the hallway and slammed all the doors until about 6:30 AM, preventing any sleep. Another night between 12 and 1:00 AM new tenants arrived and made so much noise that sleep was impossible. When I arrived, the owner didn’t answer the phone for two hours, so we waited in front of the house until he finally answered and told us where the key was. In the meantime we tried calling from my wife’s phone, reached voicemail, and the phone company charged her €6 because we’re not from the UK. I asked for an invoice and it took almost a week after I got home to receive it from the owner. If there were a refund option from the booking platform I would definitely apply for it; until then I recommend a serious check before letting anyone post their rooms. Be aware before you book this place!
