“Gute Pension in Tatranähe mit Potential”

The outdoor area and room size are good. Variety at the breakfast buffet. The host is always available, and the female staff in the restaurant is very attentive and friendly. The male staff (possibly on the opposite shift?) was unfriendly, arrogant, and completely uninterested. We ate elsewhere when we knew he was on duty. There are no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom or elsewhere. The TV had no signal for the entire stay. Under the beds and couch it was terribly dirty; the couch itself holds the remnants of several previous guests.

The kitchen and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

The pension was very pleasant and well managed, with super breakfast and very clean rooms, plus great and helpful service. The only drawback might be its location on the main road, and at night we had to close the window because of the noise.

Staying at this pension was pleasant; the room was clean and matched the description. The owner and staff were very kind and accommodating, and the food was fantastic. I have nothing to complain about and will definitely return 😊

The family atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast made for a nice night, especially since we were hiking and walked from the pension to Starý Smokovec via Hrebienok to Skalnaté Pleso. The room smelled of trash from the sink in the bathroom, had dust on the floor, and was not cleaned adequately; if I had a vacuum or broom, I would tidy it immediately.
