“Medium. No good no bad. Average Average”
We had a room with a bed, but there was no food service during our stay. The swimming pool had a strong chlorine odor and looked dusty, and the climate in the area was unpleasant.

The location was fantastic for couples, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; they made us feel safe and cared for, so we give it a perfect 10.

Very neat, clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful, they waited till 12am for our late check in

We liked the location of this property, with everything within walking distance and reasonably priced. However, the lack of an onsite kitchen meant that orders took a long time to arrive, and the congested roads in Munnar didn't help. It was a hassle to get food delivery to the resort, and it would have been nice to have the option to cook our own meals.

The owner of this property was very friendly and helpful, arranging a tour and transport for us, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. However, our stay was let down by some basic issues like a cold shower and the fact that we had to fetch tepid water from a bucket. We also had to go without a restaurant on site, and our room wasn't made or replenished with consumables for three whole days.
