The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel is always a pleasure to stay in, but the showers need attention as they probably require an upgrade.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I dined at the bar and the meal was just okay, nothing special but not inedible. The carpet in the foyer and on the stairs looks dirty, likely from overuse, and it gives a bad impression. The shower head in my room leaked from the top and sprayed everywhere except where it was intended.

It was cosy, comfortable and very central.

The breakfast was good, but we had a room at the front and traffic noise was an issue.

The staff and food were fantastic. The shower head leaked and there was no handset.
