The guy was so cool, letting me wash my car after a day in Santa Fe, super friendly—keep it up, man. Going down in your car feels weird, the parking spots are kinda tricky, and the name on GMaps or Waze differs from the one on the property.

The location is super central, close to Santiago center, rooms match the good price and everything is pretty clean. The noise level is high, you can hear everything from one room to another.
