“Incredible experience, perfect place for a family with young kids. The pool alone is reason to stay here”
This place is fantastic – the staff are friendly, the pool area is incredible, and the buffet breakfast is superb. It feels like a real holiday. The downside is the location isn’t great for walking; crossing the road to the beach is tricky because of a tram line, a main road, and no footpath to guide you.

The buffet breakfast was amazing and tasty. We loved the pool and the lagoon with fish. Checking in took forever even though it wasn’t busy. Our room wasn’t cleaned the first day, despite the service light being on in the morning and us returning after 5 pm; we had to call to get it cleaned. On other days the room was cleaned, but random items were missing – milk wasn’t replaced, the lids from room service were left behind for days (still there when we checked out), and bathroom supplies weren’t refilled. It was odd for a luxury resort.
I loved the pools, the room, the comfortable bed, and the nice sheets. When it was time to leave, I wished I could have stayed longer.

The whole complex looked beautiful, and we enjoyed the gym and pickleball. The food felt overpriced, and nobody mentioned the Marriott club card discount, so we missed out on about $400. Later, we were charged for an airport transfer we never requested; the credit card remained on file for a month.
