The breakfast is decent and there’s parking available. I’ve been staying here for several years on my way to Bulgaria, but the standard has been getting worse each year. The place has great potential but needs a thorough renovation and new furnishings. Also the rules are unclear. I booked a stay with my dog, was told the pet fee was included in the base price, but was asked to pay extra upon arrival. I haven’t encountered this before. It’s probably time for a change; I’ll likely not stay next year.

Breakfast is typical Romanian, with limited bread and side options, and the side quality is mediocre. The coffee, however, is excellent. There’s no bar or restaurant on site (though one is nearby), no mini‑bar, and the reception isn’t open all the time. The location is a bit far from the center and shopping.
