DoubleTree by Hilton Bogota Parque 93

“Increíble experiencia”

It seemed like an excellent hotel; my overall experience was very good. The staff, cleanliness, and tranquility were very pleasant, and the bar is great for watching football and, in my case, tennis. The only bad point I noticed is that breakfast is not included; an extra charge for this in a hotel of this quality feels like a negative for the overall experience.

“Marginal. Looking for a better hotel.”

We were handed a room that belonged to someone else by the night‑shift front‑desk guy, who made us feel embarrassed and refused to fix it; he blamed us and made the situation uneasy. The next day a polite young woman took over, addressed all our concerns, and finally gave us a third room that matched our expectations. Both rooms’ air‑conditioners stayed at a lukewarm 23 °C and never cooled the room, so we had to open the sliding doors to cool it, and it wasn’t until the third night that the room was cool enough to sleep well, despite repeated calls for help that were never answered. We had paid extra for breakfast and used it only once, which was a horrible experience; we had previously enjoyed excellent stays at Parque 93 DoubleTree in October 2025, so this will push us to find another place that meets our needs.

“Buena elección para viaje de negocios”

The room was great, and everything else was fine.

The room didn’t have water consumption; you have to pay for the water you drink.
