The hotel is in an extra location. The square is just a few steps from the hotel, a wonderful, clean square. What I liked most was the peace and quiet. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ve found it. The staff and guests are very cautious, very polite, and friendly. The rooms are wonderful, clean, and, in my opinion, large enough. The terrace and view are worth every penny. The only issue I had was that the hotel hosts people who are 70 and older, some even semi‑disabled, which can be uncomfortable at times. Everything else was fine. Those are great people. No noise. Only the young people might find it a bit too much.

The price does not match the quality. I booked a room with breakfast and dinner for 11 nights at 3900€. Breakfast each morning was the same—no vegetables or greens, just fresh and cooked tomatoes and mushrooms. Dinner was better, but there were no complimentary drinks at dinner, not even water, which cost 3€ per bottle. The floor wasn’t cleaned until we asked about it at reception after five days. We checked out at 3:30 am and were supposed to pay for drinks we had and the ecotax. For September we were supposed to pay 1.65€ because we stayed 11 nights, but they charged 3.30€ per night. The man who gave us the bill didn’t know anything about it and couldn’t change it (probably just the night security guard).

The location is perfect for seeing Palma Nova, breakfast was very good, and the views were great. Because it is an adults‑only hotel, the entertainment leaned heavily toward 60s/70s music, targeting people over 60; the Gold music played around the pool all day made it hard to get a sunbed, so we went to the beach instead. I stayed here many years ago and it was completely different. Drinks at the bar were expensive—18 € for a very cheap wine labeled as prosecco that was flat. Rooms are very small, and the corridors sometimes smell like an OAP home.

The breakfast was very good with a huge selection of all kinds of foods; the coffee could have been better. We always had a desk, and the staff was fast and very nice. The only drawback was the room’s sound isolation, which was not great and you could hear a lot.
