“It was not a good experience. Got assigned dirty room then thy made us wait for a clean room.”

The only good thing was the location. We were assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and when we asked for a clean room the staff made us wait.

“Good location, clean room”

Location close to I15, good location to Poway where we were visiting relatives Room was spacious and clean, comforable with the small sofa. No towel racks to hang bath towels, hand towels Bed was soft so seniors like us had some back soreness TV remote did not seem to have the controls needed by the TV service provider, it had limited functions making finding stations tedious. There should be instructions on how to use the TV and service
