The room was spotless and cozy, and we loved how private it felt—we barely wanted to leave the room. The only hiccup was the water gallon; pouring water into the pitcher was a struggle, so we recommend switching to a gallon with a spout if a dispenser isn’t available. Also, the villa’s glass door should have curtains, because it’s too open and you can see right in.

“Fair”

I appreciated how quiet and serene the hotel was, but walking up the stairs and down the hallway we spotted dogs and cockroaches, which was unsettling. I wish the staff would clean and maintain those areas better. Additionally, no shampoo or body wash was provided from check‑in until check‑out, so we had to bring our own toiletries; it would have been nicer if those basics were included.

“My family of 8 adults and 3 kids had a wonderful time at Grospe resort thanks mainly to their amazing staff.”

The staff were all very nice and friendly, and the villa we booked was spacious and comfortable. They supplied plenty of extra amenities such as bath towels, mats, and tote bags. The climb up from the beach was a bit steep, but after a while we realized it wasn’t so bad; it was about a 5‑minute walk to station 3 beach.

The location is good, but the room was quite small and lacked natural light, making it feel a bit dark. It wasn’t as clean as we expected, with some areas needing more attention. Overall it was acceptable for a short stay, yet there’s definitely room for improvement.
