We booked a King bed, but when we got there the hotel told us they’d overbooked those rooms and switched us to a Queen instead, without calling us first, so we couldn’t find another place on short notice. As a light sleeper the extra space mattered a lot, and we ended up having a terrible night.

Lilly on the front desk was cheerful and helpful, and the manager stepped in to recover our reservation. The only downside was the lack of a continental breakfast.
