It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited; I loved everything about it, thanks for a wonderful time and I hope I can return someday. There was nothing noteworthy to complain about.

Clean, food was beautiful and spa very relaxing. Can’t use spa after checkout which doesn’t give a lot of time

I loved the location and the staff were super friendly, but one of the rooms I booked said it was a River View and it wasn’t. My family member didn’t want to swap rooms, so I didn’t ask anyone to fix it.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot in Ebrington, right after the city was refurbished for Derry’s City of Culture, and it’s surrounded by cafés, restaurants and bars with the city centre just a short walk over the pedestrian Peace Bridge. Check‑in was quick and polite, and our room was clean and comfortable. The décor felt a bit dark, and overall it didn’t feel as high‑quality as the price implied.

The place is great because of its location, the staff are professional and welcoming, and the food and servers are good. The only downside is that the rooms aren’t very sound‑proof.
