The staff were responsive. The internet was very weak. After dinner in the restaurant, the four of us all got stomach discomfort.

The hotel was okay and actually better than my last stay here. The room cleaning was decent and the morning staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was okay. The evening staff were not very helpful. I asked reception twice in a row for cutlery for my room and they just told me to go to the restaurant and ask myself. When I went to the restaurant, the staff simply handed me a plate and cutlery, even though my hands were already completely full of shopping bags. I had to awkwardly carry everything up to the 5th floor myself. Service in the evening definitely needs improvement. Wifi was not good at all. Online work meetings are now possible.

The location was great, the staff were courteous, and there was parking right in front of the hotel as well as on nearby side streets; two shopping centres were just opposite, and several restaurants were within walking distance along the street.
