“В целом хорошо”
The location was great, but there was no fridge and the transfer driver didn’t show up at the airport to pick me up.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were good; we were able to leave our luggage after check‑out, and there are many restaurants nearby where you can eat well and enjoy a nice evening.

The family room was pleasant and the staff spoke French, and the breakfast was very good and varied; the hotel is close to typical Italian restaurants, but it’s a bit far from Termini for taking the metro or bus—about a 30‑minute walk, which is fine for active travelers 😁. The only downside was the tags everywhere on the beautiful façades of the surrounding buildings.

Nothing! It was an unexpected and unprofessional experience because the hotel did not honor my booking. I had booked a room for 09/24 to 09/25, but when I arrived they told me there were no available rooms. I was extremely aggravated after driving 6 hours to get there.
