The hotel is fairly new and well maintained, yet the small rooms feel overpriced; you might get a nicer, more spacious room for just 1k more, like at the Radisson Blu.

goof BF but the restaurant is too small to accomodate your crowds. Please open up the open air space behing reception for the break fast buffet as an alternative

When I arrived, the soap in my room was empty and the shower drain was clogged, causing the bathroom to flood; I asked housekeeping to clean and fix the drain while I was having dinner, but when I returned it had not been done. The room was noisy because the shower fan ran all night, and sounds from neighboring rooms could be heard. Breakfast was poor, and I waited 20 minutes for a pizza while dining on the terrace.
